On your blog, list the three animals that you have chosen and then compare and contrast them. How are they similar? How are they different? At the bottom of you post, tell us which of the three animals you would most like to adopt.
Lion cub African Elephant calf Giraffe
The similarities between the Lion cub and the African Elephant calf is that they are both babies/kids and they are both very very cute. Another similarity is that when they are both babies/kids they are harmless. The differences between the Lion cub and the African Elephant calf is that Lions eat meat like other animals and Elephants eat plants.
The similarities between the Giraffe and the African Elephant calf is that they are both majestic creatures that roam the earth. The differences between them is that the African Elephant can be harmful but only if you give them a reason to be harmful but the Giraffe is not harmful at all.
The similarities between the Giraffe and the Lion cub is that Giraffes and the Lions are the same color The differences between these animals is that the lion is a very harmful creature but the giraffes are a very harmless creature. Some more differences is that the lion it much more smaller then the giraffe.
Hello again Evangeline, thanks for writing a compare and contrast of three different animals, all of which live in Africa. I was recently reading something rather interesting about animal babies. If you look at a baby giraffe it appears to look like it will when it gets bigger, this is because from the moment it is born it needs to protect itself. Lion cubs and human babies on the other hand, spend more time developing after they are born because they are more like predators. In other words they don't need to protect themselves right away.

Hi again, Thank you for the supportive comment. You have helped me through most of my blog posts. I would adopt a baby elephant because it is harmless when a baby but when it grows up it will be harmful except when it is left alone which I think is very interesting. Another reason why I choose the elephant calf was because when it grows up it will still be my pet and it wont hurt me, it also would kind of be my protector if anything bad were to happen to me.
