Summer learning Journey
The fist fact I thought was interesting was that the name Aotearoa actually means the land of the long white cloud. The reason I thought this was interesting was because I always thought Aotearoa meant a Maori legend but I never new for sure and now I do.
The 2nd fact I thought was very interesting was that the facts showed that the official language in New Zealand are Maori and English but then I thought to myself and Isn't sigh language one to write in the comments if you agree with me our disagree with me?.
The next fact I thought was very interesting was that New Zealand was actually one of the 3 countries in the whole world that has two official national anthems. The first National anthem is God Save the Queen and then God defend new Zealand, so does that mean we are the 2nd country to have a national anthem? write what you think in the comments.

I LOVE your facts and I’m really glad to see that you had such a great time researching them and learning some interesting information about New Zealand.
You are 100% correct in saying that NZ Sign Language is the third official language of New Zealand. Have you learnt any sign language? If so, what can you sign? I don’t know much beyond the alphabet but I would love to learn more.
It’s really interesting that we are one of only three countries that have two national anthems. What are the other two?
I can’t wait to read more of your blog posts this summer. You really put a lot of effort in and that makes them super exciting to read.

I did have lots of fun looking at facts. No I haven't learnt any sign language but i'm hoping to in the future. I bet you will learn more because you are a very kind and smart woman. I don't really know what the other 2 are but when I do ill make sure to tell you. Thank you for your support.

I am doing the Summer Learning Journey to but the problem is I did the form quite late and I did it twice by accident so I don't think I am in the summer learning journey anymore. Anyways I love the facts you used and I didn't know that we did sign languauge in New Zealand. Have you thought about other facts about New Zealand too I would love to see them! Keep up the good work!
