    Great post! You have included so much detail. It sounds like you have a good mix in your family.

    If it makes you feel better I don't think there is anything wrong with you for still being tired throughout the day. The age you are at now is the age when we need the most sleep. Sleep helps us to grow, to recharge our brains and improves our ability to focus. So it is totally normal that you feel like you need lots of sleep.
