ReplyDeleteThis is Susie from SLJ here. I really enjoyed reading your description on the aftermath of the acid rain storm. It is pretty heartbreaking to find out that the acid rain has destroyed a big portion of the town such as the buildings and grass. I like how you still managed to bring in some of the positive (I was so relieved!) points in your story by saying that most people and animals have survived from the disaster.
How did you feel as you were writing this story? Were you able to make any real-life connections? Climate change is a big issue we are facing at the moment and it would be devastating to see this happen one day. What do you think we could do to to slow down the process?
